I would like to introduce myself; my name is David DeLeon or Quema Mas Cabron.

I graduated from the Culinary School of Fort Worth in 2013 and chose the brand name Quema Mas Cabron to describe my love for live fire cooking. I have held many jobs but have always been drawn back to the culinary world and realize I am meant to share my food with the masses. As you have recently seen on my Instagram, my passion is live fire cooking and creating tacos, some traditional and some not so traditional. As a Chef, I use my creativity in blending flavors and techniques from various regions of Mexico to offer a unique and flavorful meal experience. My most recent project has been learning and trying to prefect the nixtamalization process for tortillas that I serve my tacos on and also available for sale. I am offering my unique food creations on the weekends and starting soon my goal is have different menu items available daily/weekly. I will be posting these items on my Instagram page, so please order, share and tell your friends about my food and me.
